Terms & Conditions

Members of Funny Farm Traffic agree to the following terms of agreement.
1) Abuse of terms:
Funny Farm Traffic reserves the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all credits and all referrals.
2) Restricted page content:
We do not allow the following page content; racist, pornography, warez, OutWars, illegal or ANY OTHER MATERIAL WE DEEM INAPPROPRIATE! Funny Farm Traffic cannot guarantee that member sites do not contain such material. However, we DO offer a bounty of 20 credits awarded to someone who reports your site so behave yourself!
IMPORTANT: Funny Farm does not necessarily endorse any business, opportunity or website promoted on Funny Farm. These are advertisers and if you decide to participate in their programs, you DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Funny Farm recommends you check the legality of ANY program you join and learn as much as you can about the people who own and run the program.
3) Cancelling your membership:
You may cancel your membership by clicking the "Delete account" link in the members area. If you decide to cancel your membership and later
wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account,
and you will not receive further credit for referrals made using your previous account.
4) Targeted sites:
We DO allow site rotators, but please do not abuse this privilege.
We DO NOT allow sites which include multiple pop-ups, pop-behinds, pop-unders, pop-tarts (pop-tarts?), fly-in ads, slide-ins or anything else that covers a page and/or disrupts surfing.
We DO NOT allow Pages breaking out of frame and any other behavior found inappropriate or annoying.
We DO NOT ALLOW sites that try to force a person to download something or that have more than one MS windows-type popup/alert message box. If you use this - THIS IS YOUR POP-UP. If you have this plus a pop-up page your site and/or account may be deleted.
We DO NOT ALLOW sites that run background scripts, including searches and I-frame page loads. THIS IS NOT TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION - NO KIDDING!
We DO NOT allow investment auto surfs nor regular autosurfs, NO paid to promote pages (index and signup pages okay), NO investment schemes, Ponzi schemes nor anything else that has been deemed illegal.
We DO NOT allow members with no sense of humor, and we do NOT allow members who are funnier than admin (some exceptions may apply) :)
5) Enrolling other members is prohibited:
Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign
up other members. Members can refer other individuals to the website and help them through the sign up process, however the individual must complete the signup process by him/herself, including the reading and
agreeing to these membership terms.
Furthermore, no member shall create false accounts simply for the
benefit of referral rewards or to create a manufactured downline.
Any member found to be engaged in such activity will have their membership revoked and will lose all credits and/or money in all accounts created.
6) Personal information:
As a member of Funny Farm Traffic you agree to keep your personal information on file up to date and accurate at all times. You also confirm that the email address you have on file is accurate and in working order. The company will keep all personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law.
7) Acceptable use of start link:
The start link (also referred to as the "surf" link) that a member receives upon signing up is to be used solely by that member and solely for the purpose of viewing other member's websites through the Funny Farm Traffic network. This link is not to be used in any way that cheats the system or attempts to compromise it in any way.
Furthermore, the start link is not to be promoted on other networks as a means of falsely obtaining credits. The start link is also not to be placed in any automatic clicking program or other similar program or software designed to defraud the network or falsely earn credits.
Any inappropriate use of the start link (as indicated, but not limited to the above) will result in immediate termination of that member's account and all earned or purchased credits along with any remaining cash balance will be lost.
Along these lines, using your Funny Farm Traffic referral link on any autosurf exchanges will not earn any credits for you and probably not get you any signups. It just uses up our resources.
8) Removal of membership:
A member may at any time request to have his/her membership cancelled by simply submitting a support request and clearly defining the account that is to be cancelled. Alternatively, a member may have their membership revoked by Funny Farm Traffic if Funny Farm Traffic deems that member to be in violation of any of the terms as set forth in this terms agreement.
Funny Farm Traffic also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the membership of any member found to be defrauding the system in any way, or in any case where Funny Farm Traffic feels that the member is not acting in the best interest of Funny Farm Traffic.
If a member should have their membership canceled for any reason, that member will lose all traffic credits (whether earned or purchased) and will forfeit any remaining money in any of the accounts associated with that membership.
9) Loss of data and other errors:
Members agree to not hold Funny Farm Traffic responsible and/or liable for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the Funny Farm Traffic website and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics.
Funny Farm Traffic agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never
occurs, and Funny Farm Traffic will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data.
Members also agree to not hold Funny Farm Traffic responsible and/or liable for any damage that may arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the Funny Farm Traffic website and all services and products contained within.
10) Account non-use limitation:
Funny Farm Traffic member accounts may become inactive if not used for 30 days.
11) Number of accounts:
Only one Funny Farm Traffic membership is allowed per person.
12) SPAM policy:
Funny Farm Traffic does not condone the use of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and spam. Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts.
This Agreement may be modified by Funny Farm Traffic from time to time,
with or without notice. It is your responsibility to keep up with Terms.
Purpose of these measures are to maintain the integrity of the advertising members. Members agree to be bound by these terms.
Privacy Policy
At Funny Farm Traffic, we respect your right to privacy. We will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party.
By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional emails from Funny Farm Traffic admin. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time by deleting your account. Accounts with bouncing or bad email addresses risk being deleted.
If you pay for extra credits, banner advertising or anything else, your private information will be encrypted and sent securely over a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection via facilities of PayPal or StormPay.
